Hello, my name is Lars-Petter and I hail from the northern part of Norway. I am a proud parent to two wonderful children - a teenage girl with an aptitude for numbers and an inquisitive young boy who is set to embark on his academic journey. My life partner is a talented teacher who works in a school located between our home and the nearest city.
As a family, we all have our unique interests and passions. I am a tech enthusiast, my partner has a fascination with languages, and she holds a degree in religion. Our daughter excels in academics, while our son has an insatiable curiosity for science and animals.
While we love to spend time at home, we are also avid outdoor enthusiasts. Our children relish the opportunity to sleep outside in a tent or hammock, and I share the same passion. My partner, however, prefers the comfort of a hotel in a bustling city, although she did spend a night in a hammock beside me during the winter - a rather chilly but rewarding experience.
My partner and I are both diligent and hardworking professionals. I work as a senior technician and security consultant at SecuriNord, where I specialize in alarms, CCTV, retail security, access control, IT, and more. I have the privilege of serving clients such as the military, police, state agencies, schools, rocket fields, and residential customers throughout northern Norway.
Regarding our hobbies, our children enjoy drawing, solving puzzles, and creating pearl art and bracelets. My partner enjoys reading and exercising, while I relish camping in the mountains or woods either alone or with friends. Though I find it difficult to relax and sleep when I bring the kids along, I still cherish the experience.
My primary interest is in technology, and I have a few servers in my basement where I host several services. I also host some pages offsite at Oracle.
